Cheap Flights to Europe With a Smile on Your Face
By Sharaaz Ahmed

So you need some advice about where to get cheap flights to Europe, then you need to get searching actively prior to 3 months before you fly off. Cheap flights to Europe tickets can be purchased in different ways, sometimes by sharp eyes and word of mouth. Always be alert and focused when finding the best deals for you, family or friends.

But let's get one thing straight, bare in mind that when travelling cheap you will cut off the luxury services such as movies, nice meals and so on. This is not the case most of the time but be prepared to be on a seat at least with the minimum offers available. But don't let that put you down as the main issue is getting to your destination with a smile on your face.

Having this point clear in mind we can then surf the web to find our cheap tickets. A winning tactic is to plan your trip with at least 3 months advance as price rates seem to change every month, so lets say you want a summer trip to some nice place where you can soak in the sun and enjoy a nice time with friends and family, then I suggest you book it before summer kicks in so you save some $ as summer rates do tend to go higher for most airlines as everyone is on holidays and planes get filled from back to front.

If you are not the kind that likes to carefully organize his life then you're not lost, if you are the kind of person that takes life as it comes, then a last minute trip is for you... and you too have the chance to spare some or a lot of money, just keep in mind that your destination will be chosen by fate, not by you. All cheap flights to Europe in fact can also be equipped when the airline company failed to fill the airplane for that flight so they would prefer to give away some tickets for very little money than fly with some empty seats. So make sure you make your phone calls at the right time.

Today many people across the globe purchase their tickets through a travel agent and while this can get you some pretty good deals it may not save you as much money as if you found your airline tickets on your own. The reason for this is simple; travel agents make their living by selling travel packages and airline tickets. While they are more then capable of hunting down some very low fares for you they will also add a fee on top of whatever deal they get for you because that is how they make their money but not the case for all.

The point is you too can find the same deals that travel agents have access to, you just have to learn how to do it. Just think how much money you can save if you cut out the middle man. My father is a travel agent and works direct from big companies out there and does give good rates but you do get the price cheaper.. How may you ask ? find a travel agent that has good connections with friends or relative that might try to discount the price further down for you. This does work sometimes as I have seen it around. But never be scared to be slightly pushy in a kind way as we all like some savings which can contribute towards shopping or something.

I hope the article has bought a smile on your face and has hinted you on many of my advice/suggestions. Like I said my father has his own travel agent and I learnt a few secrets from him.
